Site Evaluation
Once you decide where you would like your hot tub placed, our professional installers will do a full survey of the site to ensure it’s on a flat surface and solid foundation that can support the hot tub’s weight, has access to a dedicated outlet to meet its electrical requirements, and that it will be easily accessible for use and maintenance.
Site Preparation
After reviewing the site, our team will take care of any necessary site preparations, such as leveling the ground or installing a base for the hot tub to sit on, such as gravel or a concrete pad.
Delivery & Placement

Space & Accessibility Needs — Do you have an entry point that is at least 42 inches wide to ensure there is enough space for the hot tub to be delivered? Once installed, will there be at least two to three feet of space around the hot tub for easy access to the interior equipment and for hot tub use? Do you need steps or a platform to access the hot tub?
